Welcome to the program
Before a family books a tour, they Google us. Our star rating is the first impression of your building, and often the deciding factor between us and the property down the street. Most of our communities have only a handful of reviews and some have none at all, so one frustrated voice can define a whole building.
You are the person residents talk to, so you are the best person to invite a good experience. Marketing gives you a QR code and review link for your community. You hand it out at the right moments, residents post on their own time, and Marketing publishes the leaderboard monthly. Great service comes first. The reviews follow.
More reviews means more trust, better Google visibility, and more of the right people touring.
